I hope that you, or someone you know, might want to own this 5-acre (217,800 square feet) land parcel. If you find even small town life "too crowded" then this Wonder Valley property is something you should see. It is located at the southeast corner of Naborly Road and Paxton, well to the east of 29 Palms. There are three neighbors to the west and one to the north, and that's about it for quite a distance.

Wonder Valley is a scattered rural community characterized by larger land parcels and lots of open space. It is well outside the city limits of 29 Palms, and well north of Highway 62, which results in pretty much no casual traffic in the area. This property has 660 feet of frontage on Naborly Road, longer than two football fields. It is 330 feet deep to the east of Naborly Road.

Get there by starting at the corner of Godwin Road and Amboy Road, already to the north and east of 29 Palms. Head east on the pavement another 6.9 miles to Naborly Road. Turn left (north) on Naborly and proceed almost half a mile to Paxton. Stop the car before you get to Paxton, and you are parked in front of your property on the right. If you want to walk the 660 feet of frontage on Naborly, start at the corner of Paxton and Naborly and walk back towards Amboy Road some 264 steps. If you want to walk the 330 feet of depth, go back to the passenger side of the car, turn right (east) and walk into the desert some 132 steps. That ought to be enough land to get away to.
