I hope that you, or someone you know, might want to own this secluded 2.5-acre (103,900 square feet) land parcel. This property is in the north Landers area, north of paved Linn Road, between Chapton Lane and Delgada Ave. It is within the Bighorn Water District.

This 2.5-acre parcel is 330' feet (one football field the long way) wide, and 330' feet deep as well. You will see from the aerial photo that there is a small community of neighbors out here, almost in the shadow of Spy Mountain and Giant Rock. This property is less than half a mile from Linn Road but it might as well be in another county.

Get there via Old Woman Springs Road, also known as Highway 247. Turn east on Linn Road. After 2.0 miles you will be at a dirt road, right where Fortuna Avenue would be if it were extended north. But there you will find a small, unofficial sign that reads "Waco Road." If you turn left (north) here and go about 0.4 miles, Waco/Fortuna would cross the diagonal dirt road known as Fifth Avenue. Stop the car, the property is right front of you.

But if you go another 0.2 miles east on Linn Road past Waco Road, you will come to Delgada Avenue. Turn left (north) on Delgada, and go a quarter mile, you will meet Fifth Avenue. Turn 45 degrees to the left on Fifth Avenue, go northwest about 0.2 miles, you will come to Waco/Fortuna. Stop the car, the property is right there in front of you.
