I hope that you, or someone you know, might want to own this 2.5-acre (108,900 square feet) land parcel. This is flat, clean acreage, out in the middle of nowhere, that will take care of itself for your future. This area is well to the east Lucerne Valley, and well to the north and west of Landers, south of Old Woman Springs Road (Highway 247).

Joshua Tree Road, a narrow dirt road, runs through both of these parcels. The lizards and rabbits kick up more dust that the cars do out here, because there are seldom any cars on Joshua Tree Road. When you decide to visit your land there will be no traffic jams out here.

Many parcels out here are government-owned, and are marked on the first map. It would be a reasonable assumption that these are unlikely to be developed in our lifetime. Please note that government-owned land surrounds the parcel on three sides, almost a virtual guarantee of privacy for the foreseeable future.
