Together the acreage across the street from 644 Covelo and the lot directly behind it (on Gerber) totals 4.54 acres. Take one or both, your choice.
If you feel like it, walk west across either parcel 300 feet (120 steps) to the back of the property. You will probably see a faint, narrow north-south trail right there in the middle of the block, marking roughly the back property line. The Zip Code is 92284, and the Thomas Guide is 4748 F4.
