This property is within the city limits of 29 Palms, east of Utah Trail and west of the airport, just north of Highway 62.

Although the house address across the street is, officially, 6344 Charlotte, and Charlotte is shown at the proper location on the Thomas Map, the Google Map doesn't show Charlotte at the correct location. What Google calls "Charlotte Rd" is actually Feldspar Ave. Ask me to send you an accurate map if you go to visit the property.

North and east of this land is undeveloped, serene open space. Charlotte Road is actually a dirt road that stops near the house at 6344, and there are very few other dirt roads in this area. Accordingly, one can expect to be allowed to enjoy the peace and quiet, interrupted only by the occasional birds and bunnies. The lizards and the tortoises won't make any noise, either.

Get there via 29 Palms Highway. From the corner of Utah Trail, head east 2.6 miles, past Gorgonio Drive, past Bullion Mountain Road, slow down, at the 2.6 mile mark turn left (north) on Charlotte. If Charlotte looks more like a driveway than a road, you are in the right place. After 465 feet (186 steps) the property starts on your right (east), and the property for 6344 Charlotte starts on your left (west). There is 165 feet (66 steps) of frontage on Charlotte for both properties. If you want to walk on your land, turn right (east) and take a deep breath, it is 660 feet (264 steps) to the back of the 2.5 acres. The Zip Code is 92277, and the Thomas Map is 4893 C5.
