Get there via 29 Palms Highway. Find Gopher Grove Lane (0.1 mile east of Pinto Mountain Road) and turn south. Proceed south on Gopher Grove, one half mile south, turn left (east) on Sullivan Road. Go east on Sullivan about 0.3 mile, slow down when you see 78123 Sullivan on the right side of the road, and stop the car just past 78123. You are now at the corner of your property. The property is on the right. There are 330 feet (132 steps) of frontage on the south side of Sullivan, with a depth of 660' feet (264 steps) if you want to go looking for bunnies, lizards or tortoises on your land.
