I hope that you, or someone you know, might have some interest in owning this 2.50 acre (108,900 square feet) land parcel. The property is shaded on the enclosed map. It has 330 feet of frontage on Mantonya Road, and is 330 feet deep. You can also see on the map the addresses of the houses in the area. The property is within the City limits of 29 Palms, one mile west of Lear Avenue and 1.75 miles north of Highway 62.

There are large rocks and foothills in this part of 29 Palms, and the land parcels are large, which makes for an "out in the country" feel even though it's less than two miles to the highway. The house to the north at 68451 Bellerue Road (at southwest the corner of Bellerue and Mantonya) is your nearest neighbor. But they have 2.5 acres as well, and there is a small wash between your property and theirs, so they are not all that close. You will see from the aerial photo that there are other scattered houses out here as well. Bring your hiking boots and metal detector for your sunrise and sunset hiking pleasure.

Get there via Highway 62 to Mantonya Rd, which is one mile west of Lear Ave. Turn north on Mantonya and watch your odometer or GPS. It's a dirt road so take your time. Once you pass Samarkand after about 1-1/2 miles, watch for Morrissey Lane on the right. When you find Morrissey the property is on your left. Continuing north you will pass the house at 68451 Bellerue Road. (Bellerue is the street name on Google Maps, but the Thomas Map shows the street name as "Emerald St".) The Zip Code is 92277, and the Thomas Map is 4891 A3. Ask me for the aerial photo and the map, it's easy to find.
