I hope that you, or someone you know, might want to own this 2.5-acre (108,900 square feet) land parcel. This is flat, clean acreage, out in the middle of nowhere, that will take care of itself for your future. This area is well to the east Lucerne Valley, and well to the north and west of Landers, south of Old Woman Springs Road (Highway 247).
Joshua Tree Road, a narrow dirt road, runs through both of these parcels. The lizards and rabbits kick up more dust that the cars do out here, because there are seldom any cars on Joshua Tree Road. When you decide to visit your land there will be no traffic jams out here.
Get there by heading south of Hwy 247 on Pony Road (see the map) directly to Joshua Tree Road. It's less than a mile, you will pass (on your left) Datura Terrace, Firethorn Way, and Saddle Rock Road. The first road thereafter on your right is Joshua Tree Road. The parcel is right there at the northwest corner of Pony and Joshua Tree. The Zip Code is 92285, and the Thomas Map is 4484/4575 C5.
Many parcels out here are government-owned, and are marked on the first map. It would be a reasonable assumption that these are unlikely to be developed in our lifetime. Please note that government-owned land surrounds the parcel on three sides, almost a virtual guarantee of privacy for the foreseeable future.

At a value of $3,900, that comes out to just about 4 cents per square foot - just four "not even copper" zinc pennies. Financing can be provided if desired. I will carry the zero down financing for 24 months at zero interest ($163 per month) or for 4 years at 9% interest ($97 per month), your choice. Please let me know which is better for you.
