I hope that you, or someone you know, might have some interest in owning this vacant lot at the northwest corner of East 1st Street at South 2nd Street, in the Sunfair area of Joshua Tree. The lot is shaded on the enclosed map. The Zip Code is 92252 and the Thomas Guide is 4890 A3. The lot is now being sold.

This area is about half a mile north of the Hi Desert Airport, a small private airstrip. The area is remote enough to feel like "out in the country" yet close enough to Joshua Tree and Yucca Valley so that the trappings of civilization are well within reach. Nearby is a small private park with a large number of metal sculptures. Not far away is Copper Mountain College. Getting there is easy via 29 Palms Highway, turn north on Sunfair, about 1-1/4 miles to the airstrip, another half a mile to Second Street South, and turn right one block.
