The 1.25 acre parcel with the fencing is value at $7,900. The two larger, 2.5 acre parcels with the water meters are valued at $14,000 each. The entire 6.25 acres are thus valued at $35,900.

With a reasonable down payment, I will carry the financing for the entire compound. I am willing to accept monthly installment payments for the down payment.
